Since 1598
our family runs their own business of winegrowing. Senior Arnold Fuhrmann, one out of
four brothers, founded the business as we know it today with his marriage in 1950. Starting from
small beginnings the winery has been increased and continually developed.
Since 1986
the business is run by Ernst Fuhrmann, son of the founder, and is known as one of the leading wineries within the village Ellenz-Poltersdorf. In 2009 Junior Arno Fuhrmann has successfully completed his studies in the field of winegrowing and oenology at the renowned University in
Geisenheim. Numerous awards reflect the high quality of our products.
