Pizza à la asparagus

Recipe for two persons:
– 1 package of puff pastry
– 100 g of smoked meat (beef)/ Bündnerfleisch
– 150 g of Crème Fraiche
– 1 tablespoon of herbs (chives/ parsley)
– 200 g of white asparagus
– 1 tablespoon grated cheese
– Salt/ pepper at will

Roll out the puff pastry on the baking trey and pierce evenly with a fork. Preheat the oven up to
200°C circulating air.
Chop the herbs and mix them up with crème fraiche, salt and pepper. Brush the puff pastry with the
cream.

Arrange the smoked meat on it.
Peel the asparagus, cut it in little pieces and arrange it on the pizza dough.
Finally arrange the grated cheese and bake it for 20 – 25 minutes (depending on the degree of
browning.

What kind of drink would fit better to this delicious meal than a glass of Riesling from the Mosel
river?
